Delivery & Returns

Everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and how to return or exchange your Nordic Petit pieces.

Despatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain.

Delivery times

  • Spain: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on customs)

During peak season, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €100
  • Flat rate: €5.90 (EU) / €17.90 (International)
  • All EU orders include duties and VAT in the product price.

Tracking & delivery

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received tracking within 2 days.
  • Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the package.

Returns & exchanges

We hope you love your Nordic Petit pieces — but if something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return or exchange your item.

Return policy

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition (tags attached).
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to return

  1. Go to our return portal and register your return.
  2. Follow the steps to receive your return label.
  3. Once received and inspected, we'll confirm approval and process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

Every order is carefully quality checked before leaving our warehouse. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@nordicpetit.com.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and the issue
  • Product label or swing tag (if available)

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, Nordic Petit will not cover the shipping cost for uncollected packages — customers will be charged for the cost of return freight. A re-shipping fee will also apply if you'd like the package sent again.
